Today I’m here to talk about advertising your property. I’ve seen many pictures of advertised properties. Some are great and some are not so great. From blurry bathrooms to recipes, I’ve seen everything you can possibly think of.
Tide Property Management does photos differently. We first come out to the property and do a walk-through with you. We want to highlight the things that you love about your property, so that other people can enjoy them and envision living there. We also hire a professional photographer who can capture the best lighting and the best aspects of your property.
We advertise on over a dozen platforms including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com, and we can even put your property on the MLS if need be. This way, people who only visit one site can still see your property.
